Early Morning Granola Bowl

Hello there! My school has recently started back up, so I’m developing some new quick breakfasts. (I can never get up in the morning, so I’m usually rushing.)

Here’s a great recipe for a granola-fruit-yogurt bowl. The sweet-salty flavor of the granola counters the tanginess of the yogurt and adds some crunch, while the fruit throws in a little bit of sweetness, not to mention some interesting textures. If you’re a student, like me, it’s useful to have some yogurt and fruit in the fridge so you’ll have more options for simple breakfasts. I’m not usually a granola person, but we recently got a package of blueberry granola that is amazing. And I mean amazing. 🥳

So, for all you middle schoolers out there who can’t, just can’t wake up on time, this recipe is for you.

Easy Granola Bowl


1 cup any type of fruit, rinsed (I recommend blueberries and raspberries, but any combination works)

1/2 cup granola

1 cup Greek yogurt

  1. Spoon the yogurt into the bottom of a shallow bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the granola on top.
  3. Sprinkle the fruit on top of that.

Note: You can drizzle a little bit of chocolate or caramel sauce on top for a special occasion, or sprinkle pumpkin seeds and honey over the top.
